Vegan Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 cup fresh, chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup fresh, chopped basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup fresh, chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 cup ripe avocado cut into large chunks

  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp SoulFresh Proteins Spirulina Powder

  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt, or to taste (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste

  • A pinch of jalapeno or cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add garlic clove to food processor and process until finely chopped.

  2. Add in the water, olive oil, avocado, cilantro, basil, and parley. Process until smooth.

  3. Add in the Spirulina Powder, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and lime juice.

  4. Finally add Pink Himalayan salt, pepper and either cayenne or jalapeno to taste.

  5. Stir

  6. Store in an air tight container or jar in the fridge. Keeps for about 5 days.
