Spirulina Spinach Hummus
Ingredients

1 14-ounce can of chickpeas, drained

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1/2 cup cold water to start

2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon SoulFresh Spirulina Powder

3 tbsps lemon juice

2 medium garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon cumin

Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish with olive oil, a dash of paprika, and sprigs of cilantro
Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to the pitcher of a blender or food processor.

Pulse, adding a little more water as needed to get things moving, until the hummus is completely smooth.

Taste and add additional salt if desired.

Scoop into a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil, paprika, and cilantro if desired.
