Dusted Avocado Toast


  • 1 ripe avocado

  • Slice of multi-grain bread, toasted

  • Fresh lemon or lime

  • 1/2 tsp. SoulFresh Proteins Spirulina Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

  • 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

  • Garnish with fresh arugula (optional)


  1. Toast bread to your liking.

  2. Slice avocado in half, remove pit.

  3. Slice meat of avocado in 1/4 inch slices.

  4. Layer on toasted bread.

  5. Squeeze a little fresh lemon or lime juice to taste.

  6. Lightly dust the avocado with SoulFresh Spirulina Powder.

  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds, salt and pepper, to taste.
