Anti-Oxidant Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or coconut water

  • 2 scoops of SoulFresh HempLina (CBD, Cinnamon & Spirulina Powder)

  • 1 tbsp of SoulFresh Spirulina Powder

  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the pitcher of a blender or food processor.

  2. Pulse, adding a little more water as needed to get things moving, until the smoothie is completely smooth and blended.

  3. Garnish with fresh blueberries, a strawberry, slice of orange, and/or fresh mint.
